Has the ringing of a telephone ever woken you from a deep sleep after a late night working on a project or sitting up with a baby?
Have you ever tried to get to sleep early to prepare for the next day when the phone rang just as you started drifting off?
Perhaps you and your spouse were trying to share a rare moment alone when the phone started ringing?
How many times have you rushed out of the morning shower to answer the phone?
All of these examples could have been avoided if people would respect the personal time of others and only make phone calls during appropriate times.
These appropriate times are after 9 o’clock in the morning and before 9 o’clock in the evening.
Any calls made outside of this time frame should be reserved for emergencies or agreed to in advance.
