Summer 2011 Children and Teen Dining Etiquette Class Schedule
June 2011: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6/14, 6/16, 6/19, 6/21, 6/26, 6/30
Grades K-5: 10:30 – 11:30
Grades 6-9: 1:00 – 2:00
Grades 10-12: 3:30 – 4:30
Six one-hour class sessions include:
- Introductions
- Proper Use of the Knife, Fork, and Spoon
- American and Continental Dining Styles
- Posture at the Table
- Appropriate Dinner Conversation
- Telephone Skills
- Thank You Notes
- Short Speaking Presentation
- Elegant 5-Course Dining at a Fine Restaurant
- Review and Discussion with the Parents
