Many times banquet tables are very crowded and have no clear separation between place settings. As people sit down, they are confused about which bread plate or water glass belongs to them.
Here is an easy way to remember how to accurately navigate your way through a crowded place setting:
BMW – (I have always admired these cars, so it’s easy for me to remember the letters.)
B– Bread – to the left
M – Meal – in the middle
W – Water – to the right
