Business Dining – Meeting Your Guests

When entertaining business clients at a restaurant, plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the reservation time. This allows you to check on the table and give the maitre d’ any last minute instructions.

Greet your guest at the front door or waiting area of the restaurant. If you must be seated upon your arrival to hold your table, do not order any drink or food until your guest(s) arrive.
