Straw Slurping

Do you know when your glass is empty or are you a straw slurper? You know what I’m talking about. We all did it as children.

Unfortunately, many people missed the message that it is not proper etiquette to slurp through a straw and are still making that horrible gurgling sound.

How many times have you heard that sound while eating in a restaurant and turned to discover it was coming from a grown man or woman? It is not appropriate to hear that sound coming from a child either.

Also, while I’m on the topic of straws, they go in the month and should not to be hung in pairs from the nostrils or used to imitate the tusks of a walrus. A walrus would certainly not imitate you slurping from a straw!
